Is Daykeep free?
Yes. The free version has no time limit and includes the Today view, calendar, reminders, lists, scanning, whiteboard and more. Premium is optional and unlocks unlimited items and extra tools.
Does Daykeep work offline?
Yes. Everything you write is stored on your phone, so planning, lists, scanning and the whiteboard work without internet. You only need a connection for shared lists, purchases and update checks.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Daykeep without signing up. You are asked to sign in with Google only when you share a list with other people.
Is there an iPhone or web version?
Daykeep is currently available for Android on Google Play.
Which languages does Daykeep support?
English, Türkçe, Français, Español, Deutsch, العربية and Русский. You can change the language in the app's settings.
Why didn't my reminder ring?
Check that notifications and alarms are allowed for Daykeep in Android settings. Some phones also pause apps to save battery; allowing Daykeep to run without battery restrictions helps reminders arrive on time.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Tasks, notes, lists, scans and boards never leave your phone unless you share a list. Shared lists are stored on servers in Europe through Google Firebase. Details are in the privacy policy. Privacy Policy
How do I move my data to a new phone?
In Daykeep, create a backup and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone (for example your cloud drive). Install Daykeep on the new phone and restore the backup file.
Can I lock the app?
Yes. You can set an optional password in settings. The lock protects the screen; your passcode is stored only as an irreversible hash on your device.
Does scanning need the camera permission?
No. Photos are taken with your phone's own camera app and processed on your device. Daykeep does not request the camera permission.
How do I delete my account?
If you used shared lists, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and shared data. You can also request deletion by email. See the account deletion page for details. Account deletion
How do shared lists work?
Share a list by link. Whoever opens the link can join from the app and edit the list with you; people without the app see a read-only page. Links are valid for 30 days and you can revoke them at any time.
Can I stop sharing a list?
Yes. Revoke the link or delete the list. The web page and joining close immediately for everyone.
What does Premium include?
Unlimited lists, routines, notes, subtasks and whiteboards; multi-page scans; focus timer, day templates, printable reports and calendar export; full statistics and history; and all themes, fonts and backgrounds.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Daykeep → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
I changed phones. How do I get Premium back?
Sign in to Google Play with the same Google account, open Daykeep's Premium screen and tap “Restore purchases”.
